Question 1

How do I know my ring size?

Accepted Answer

Many of our rings are adjustable (free size) and fit sizes 6 to 8. Others come in sizes 6, 7 or 8, which you pick on the product page. To check your size, measure the inside of a ring that fits you, or wrap a thin strip of paper around your finger and measure its length.

Question 2

What does adjustable (free size) mean?

Accepted Answer

The band is open at the back, so you can gently press it smaller or open it a little wider to fit your finger. Do not bend it back and forth many times, as this can weaken the metal.

Question 3

Are the rings waterproof?

Accepted Answer

Some are. Rings made of surgical stainless steel are often waterproof, but some designs, such as copper rings, should be kept away from water. Check the Care line on each product.

Question 4

Can I exchange a ring if the size is wrong?

Accepted Answer

Sorry, we do not take returns or exchanges for size or fit, so please check your size first — or choose an adjustable ring. We accept a return only if the product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product. See our Return Policy.
