Question 1

What are your earrings made of?

Accepted Answer

Most of our earrings are stainless steel or alloy with 22K gold plating. Some designs use resin or enamel for colour. The exact material is listed under Product Information on each product.

Question 2

Do I get one earring or a pair?

Accepted Answer

Every earring listing is for one pair (two earrings), unless the product says otherwise.

Question 3

What kind of backs do the earrings have?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the design: stud posts with push backs or butterfly backs, or hinged hoops that snap shut. The closure is listed as Clasp under Product Information.

Question 4

Are these earrings good for sensitive ears?

Accepted Answer

Many of our earrings use stainless steel posts, which most people wear comfortably. If you have a known metal allergy, check the material on the product page first, and stop wearing a piece if your skin feels sore.

Question 5

Can I return earrings?

Accepted Answer

For hygiene, we cannot take back earrings that have been worn. Like all our products, we accept a return only if they arrive damaged or you receive the wrong product. Tell us within 3 days of delivery with an unboxing video and photos. See our Return Policy.
