The terms that apply when you use our website and buy from us.

Welcome to Luciraa. These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply when you visit this website, create an account or buy from us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them with our Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Privacy Policy, which are part of these Terms.

"We", "us" and "our" mean Luciraa, based in Surat, Gujarat, India. "You" means the person using the website or placing an order.

1. Our Products

Luciraa sells imitation jewelry (also called artificial or fashion jewelry). It is designed to look like fine jewelry, but it is not made of gold, silver, platinum, real diamonds or other precious stones, and it has no gold or resale value.

  • Photos and colours. We try to show every product as it really is. Colours can look slightly different on different screens and in different light.

  • Size and weight. Sizes and weights given on the website are approximate.

  • Small differences. Many pieces are finished by hand, so small differences between two pieces of the same design are normal and are not a defect.

  • Care. Plated jewelry lasts longer when kept away from water, sweat, perfume, lotion and chemicals. Store each piece dry, in its box or a soft pouch.

2. Using The Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or use the website with the permission of a parent or guardian.

  • Give us true and complete details when you order or create an account.

  • Do not misuse the website. For example, do not try to break into it, upload harmful code, or copy its content, photos or prices with automated tools.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend an account that breaks these Terms.

4. Prices And Offers

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes (GST).

  • Prices and offers can change at any time. The price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.

  • Promo codes and offers follow the conditions shown with them, such as a minimum order value, an end date or a usage limit.

  • If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of a mistake, we may cancel the order. If you paid online, we refund the full amount.

5. Placing An Order

After you place an order, we send you an email confirming that we received it. We may still cancel an order before it ships — for example, if the product is out of stock, the price was a mistake, we cannot deliver to your pin code, or the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel an order you paid for online, we refund the full amount to the account you paid with.

6. Payment

We accept:

  • Cash on delivery (COD). Pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives.

  • Online payment by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallet, handled by our payment partner Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card number.

  • Store credit on your account, which comes off your order automatically when you are signed in.

7. Shipping

We deliver across India only. Standard shipping is free on every order, and Express shipping costs ₹120. Delivery times and other details are in our Shipping Policy.

8. Cancellations And Returns

  • Cancelling. You can cancel your order from your order page until it ships.

  • Returns. We accept a return only for a damaged product or a wrong product, claimed within 3 days of delivery, with an unboxing video and photos. We cannot accept used or worn products. You receive the same product again, or store credit if it is out of stock.

9. Reviews And Content You Send Us

When you post a review, photo or other content on the website, you confirm it is your own and is honest. You allow us to show it on our website and social media. We may remove content that is false, offensive or unlawful.

10. Our Content

The designs, photos, text, logos and other content on this website belong to Luciraa or are used with permission. You may not copy or use them for business purposes without our written permission.

11. Other Websites

Our website may link to other websites, such as payment pages or courier tracking. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they use your data.

12. Limit Of Our Responsibility

We work hard to keep the website accurate and running, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for losses that are indirect, or that we could not reasonably have expected.

Nothing in these Terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

13. Your Responsibility

If you break these Terms or misuse the website, and this causes us a loss or a claim from someone else, you agree to cover that loss.

14. Law And Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled only by the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.

15. Grievance Officer

If you have a complaint, contact our Grievance Officer:

We confirm we have received your complaint within 48 hours, and aim to resolve it within one month.

16. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Orders are covered by the Terms in place when the order was placed.
